This pendant is inspired by the hag stones I like to find while beach combing. These holey stones are either created by clam-like molluscs called piddocks, which bore holes into the stones, or by water and small pieces of grit and sand which gradually wear away the rock. In folklore, hag stones are considered to be lucky and to ward off evil.

A chunky nugget of sterling silver inspired by my love of beach combing. It has been formed from molten silver, and resembles a hag stone - those pebbles with holes in, which many people consider to be lucky and collect as charms.
The silver I use is 100% recycled sterling silver, and I collect the off-cuts and melt them to make pendants such as this one - so this really is a zero waste piece, and is a one-off.
Pendant size - approx 20mm by 20mm at its widest and tallest points.
It hangs directly from a long 24 inch recycled sterling silver belcher chain.
Your pendant will be presented in a little eco-friendly branded gift box, and recycled tissue paper. If you wish for it to be sent directly as a gift, just leave me a message at the checkout.
