I am only accepting orders from customers in England, Scotland and Wales at the moment, as the GPSR for EU and NI comes into effect. For UK customers (exc NI) I offer free postage as standard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class and I always try to get your order in the post within 24 hours of it being made.
I've added postage upgrades to some of my more popular Christmas items, so you can choose to pay to have your item posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like to buy an item that doesn't have this option and you want to get it faster, just drop me a message before you buy and I can add this to the item.

I'm a great advocate of buying fewer things, that are of better quality - but the even more savvy approach is to give your loved one a gift voucher and allowing them to pick something that they'd really like!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Did you know that 1 in 5 Christmas gifts ended up in landfill in the UK last year?
A gift voucher is a perfect way to reduce unwanted presents, as it allows your loved one to pick their own selection from amongst my range of eco art prints and gifts. They can even contact me for a bespoke commission for gift vouchers to the value of £50 and above. The gift card will be date stamped for 12 months, meaning your recipient has plenty of time to choose what they'd like. Once they've made their decision, they can simply send me an email to redeem their gift with no UK postage costs.
Simply provide your name, the name of your recipient and a personal message and I will add this information to one of my voucher templates. All instructions for redeeming the gift voucher, including my e-mail address, will be included in the PDF file I will email to you. You can print this off to create a physical gift voucher, or forward on as a digital voucher, as you wish.
Vouchers available in values of £15, £25, £50 and £100.
