Full description
These are my brightly glazed ceramic dishes, available in red and yellow - perfect for jewellery, a small soap, trinkets or little treasures.
These handcrafted ceramic dishes have been created using the slab-work method. They have been shaped using a heart-shaped cutter before placing into a mould. Once dried they have been bisque fired to 1000C, after a gentle sanding each one has been hand-painted with a bright coloured underglaze before a clear glaze is added. After glazing they have had a second firing in the kiln to 1160C.

All my ceramic creations have been individually handcrafted by me with love and care. No two pieces are the same as each one has its own unique characteristics.
Self-adhesive cork has been applied to the base to protect surfaces.
