Full description
My rustic square dish with heart embellishments using pizza clay (raku clay). I have used the slab method. It has been placed in a square mould and once dried it has been bisque fired in the kiln to 1000C and then gently sanded before for apply before applying black ink to highlight the hearts. It is then kiln fired again to 1080C.
Not suitable for food.
Size 16.5cm x 16.5cm approx.
Self-adhesive cork has been applied to the base to protect surfaces.
Due to the handmade nature and natural materials each piece is unique with subtle variations in size, shape and finish.
