Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This Christmas card has an image of a cute bunny with mistletoe and a Merry Christmas banner and the message 'May Your Christmas be Merry & Bright '.
The central printed image shows a grey and white bunny with a red and white knitted hat, holding a banner with the message Merry Christmas in his hans and a sprig of mistletoe in his mouth.
The image has been mounted onto a background of pale blue paper decorated with mistletoe wreaths and has been framed with a white scallop edged frame embossed with snowflakes.
The card has been finished with a message with the words 'May Your Christmas be Merry & Bright ' in the bottom right hand corner.
Both the message and the frame have been raised from the card front on foam pads to add dimension.
Inside the card is a strip of matching patterned paper to finish the design.
The card measures approximately 15cm square and comes with a white envelope. It will be posted to you by 1st class post within 24 hours of your payment in a polythene bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
