Full description
In my pottery studio, black clay transforms into my new "From the Sea" star candle holders. These have been inspired by coastal erosion and weathering. Each piece, from molding to carving, represents the textured beauty found along our shores. Bisque firing marks the first step, followed by delicate sanding. The star is glazed inside with a clear glaze, which reflects the tealight, and the outside is glazed with a gorgeous blue/green.
The star is 10cm at its widest point, 4.5cms at its narrowest point, and approximately 5cms high. Each votive comes with a tealight.
