Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

Whilst making some new style scandi bears for letterbox gifts I had the idea of prototyping a new embroidered bear that could be sewn the wrong way round...on the right side and using fabrics that would allow this. Using one of my smallest bear patterns I created Emily, my first prototype bear and after being pleasantly surprised with her I am now making a little family of bears.
These bears are not too dissimilar from those that I started my bear making journey with, made from wool felt and embellished with embroidery, this is a different bear shape but the main difference is the seams are part of the design.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Meet Rosa, a small 6" tall artist bear in a hand sewn design from my new Signature range of adult collectable teddy bears. All of the bears from the new Signature range feature beautiful hand embroidered flowers to their body parts, each one is totally unique and the amount and placement of embroidery will differ from bear to bear. Made from quality wool felt they are all completely hand sewn, the seams are sewn three times to ensure stability and the seams are part of the feature and are worked on the right side of the fabric.
Rosa has been lovingly created from deep dusky rose wool felt with hand embroidered flowers to one side body front, her foot pads and the top of her head in rose and light pinks.
Fully jointed with cotter pin fitments she is a fully poseable bear. She has black safety eyes and a little embroidered nose.
She wears a large bow made from hand dyed silk.
Rosa has a sweet quiet nature but I'm sure she can be mischievous at times.
She wears her name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Rosa has been added to my bear register and will arrive with birth certificate.
My little pocket bears have been designed as adult collectables only and are not suitable for children.
Rosa will be carefully wrapped and posted by Royal Mail 2nd class post, she will require a signature upon delivery.
