Full description
This is no ordinary aquatic mammal! This friendly Pink River Dolphin who lives in the Amazon River is recognisable by its pink colour and its snout, longer than its sea cousins.
The Amazon River Dolphin is the largest species of freshwater. Pink River Dolphins aren’t as well-known as sea dolphins and are endangered. By creating this cute print, I want to raise awareness and introduce a wider audience to the risk they face, such as pollution, dams and the use of their meat as bait for fish.
This lino print is hand burnished on 200g paper. The print size is 13x13cm and the paper size is 15x15cm. Each print hand signed in the back.
Please note that each print is made by hand, so there are variations from the one shown in the photos. This means that each print is unique.
Sold unframed, but I use 100% recycled backing card and a compostable sleeve to ship it.
