we love being in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, we collect foliage on our dog walks or from our own gardens, to be able to capture the countryside in a permanent way is fantastic. we take such care when hand pressing th foliage and adding the colour to the imprint to permanently memorialise our finds.

Full description
This handmade ceramic tile has been created from earthenware clay which is rolled by hand. The word 'Family' and hedgerow flowers have been pressed into the clay, which is then under glazed and kiln fired. After removing it from the kiln it is glazed again, this time picking out the detail with a Palladian mix glaze and fired again at 1240 degrees c. The process takes around 3 weeks. The tile is the backed with cork making it suitable to use as a coaster or small trivet to fit a teapot, or it can be displayed on an easel. (Available to add to your order)
Approx. Size 9cm, diameter.
Your coaster will be sent to you bubble wrapped and wrapped in tissue paper tied with ribbon. You may also select a high quality gift box, with your order, the price of which includes the additional postage cost for the gift box.
