This painting was part of a series I did inspired by Planet Earth 2. Each week, I painted some of the animal's featured in the Attenborough programme, paying special attention to the endangered species.

Full description
This romantic little bird would make a perfect Valentine's or anniversary gift. Painted in gentle water colours, this unique picture shows a bowerbird holding a small loveheart as a gift for its sweetheart. During mating season, bowerbirds build a complex structure and display shiny things they've collected to impress their partner. It's freakin adorable.
The artwork is A4 size and unframed, watercolours on cream hot press watercolour paper.
The drawing will be sent via first class post, in a biodegradable plastic sleeve and cardboard-backed envelope.
