Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Merry Christmas, this lovely Christmas card is a print from one of my original paintings of Poinsettia and rosehips and a bigred ribbon on a frosty pale blue background.
The card, professionally printed onto sustainable card, measures approximately 6 x 4 inches and comes with a Christmas red envelope.
The card will also come in a biodegradable cello bag for protection and will be posted 2nd class in a card backed envelope, I may send in a recycled card envelope as I do like to be environmentally conscious where possible.
I am also happy to hand write or type your message and post direct to your recipient if you prefer, please just send me a message.
