Full description
This Hand Embroidered Hedgehog Brooch is in lovely Autumn colours. A Hedgehog button is stitched onto circles of grey and burnt orange wool felt with Fly and Blanket Stitches. This hedgehog is visiting a garden….. walking through a border of orange and yellow flowers and seedhead grasses, with a flower button and hand embroidered flowers and grasses in Lazy Daisy and Straight Stitches, dotted with green and golden bugle and seed beads.
Thi hand embroidered brooch is 2.25 inches (6cms) in diameter, so a nice wearable size. This brooch has a metal brooch pin with a safety catch for secure wear, sewn on the back. It’s gifted wrapped in an organza bag, decorated with an orange button. A protective bag to keep the brooch in when not worn.
An ideal birthday, friendship, thank you or Mothers Day gift……especially for hedgehog lovers…. It’s light to post so a perfect letterbox gift…. It’s ready to be worn…….
