Labradorite has a gorgeous iridescence of colour
as light dances across the surface of the gemstone it becomes as mystical and as beautiful as northern lights this effect is known as labradorescence colours range from blues and violets, to forest greens, and golden yellows.
This colour effect is caused by the light entering the gem and being refracted like a pinball trapped inside a pinball machine,bouncing off the layers inside the gemstone.

This necklace has been made with small round lapis lazuli, small grey agate and slices of labradorite (which have a flash of blue colour which shows as the beads move)semi precious gemstones, with a handmade argentium silver hook clasp and ring which have been soldered and tumbled to give strength and security
The necklace also has 2 sterling beads either side of the clasp
Necklace measures approx. 50 cm 19 1/2 inches
lapis lazuli measure approx. 6 mm and 4 mm
Largest labradorite measures approx.10 mm by 3 mm
Necklace will come gift wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon bow and placed in a organza bag
Argentium silver has a higher silver content than sterling silver
Includes tracked delivery with royal mail
