This kit contains the material you need to complete this Blue Tit design part of the Bird of Britain series. This is the second bird in the series, the first one the robin is also available.
The finish design fits in a 7in hoop. It uses Stumpwork and Silk Shading techniques, it also uses the less common Lana threads for silk shading, both Madeira and Aurifil threads are used to obtain the correct mix of colours. It will also use Chenille threads and Stranded Cotton.
The kit does not come with a hoop. The 7-inch cobalt blue hand painted hoop used for the sample can be ordered with the kit

Step by step instructions
In addition to this kit, you will need:
Hoops: one 7inch and two 6inch
A pair of small sharp embroidery scissors
A pair of sharp small paper scissors
A Tailor s awl
A pair of tweezers
PVA glue
Iron and ironing surface for the freezer paper
Screwdriver to tighten the hoops
Recommended:
thimbles and a stand to work with both hands
A pair of curved embroidery scissors
NOTE: colour and brand of supplies in the kit may vary depending on supply availability
