This cute little whale and I have a history! He is the logo I designed for my previous etsy shop and Instagram incarnation of @Whaleartbykaren. I thought it would be lovely to immortalise 'Humpy' in beads for all the whale lovers out there.

Full description
Hand-beaded cartoon humpback whale. Blue brooch/badge Inspired by the sea and my love of whales and dolphins.
Measures 8.5 cm wide and 6cm high.
I have used seed beads for the brooch and edged it in picot stitch with larger glass beads.
The back is covered in matching turquoise felt (much brighter than appears in the photograph!) -and fitted with a brooch pin. There is also a little firm jump ring on the back if you prefer to hang it up somewhere or wear it as a unique fun pendant.
