As cards are made on request then please be aware if ordering more than 2 cards it may take longer than 5 days to complete the order.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Do you have a special anniversary or celebration coming up and you need that special card then I can create it for you. They make ideal keepsakes for those important occasions.
Handmade, original, celebration cards made to order. Each card is made on request so may differ from the image. I can include a personalised message and colours of your choice.
Please state your requirements when ordering, alternatively you can email your requirements before placing an order. If you email please be aware replies may go to your spam/junk folder. Each card comes with its own handmade envelope.
