Handmade sea glass jewellery & whimsical watercolour paintings of the Scottish seaside and its adorable wildlife. Based in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland, I create coastal-inspired gifts including jewellery, limited edition prints, cards, coasters, tea towels and more!
Delivery on most orders in the UK is £2.99. Orders of cards and coasters is £1.99.
All my jewellery is handmade in Scotland from naturally sea-worn materials. I love to gather these treasures while beach-combing on the beautiful beaches in Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife as well as the surrounding beaches of St Andrews, Pittenweem, Crail & St Monans. Much of the sea glass dates back to the Victorian era and is known as 'mermaid tears'. When sailors were lost at sea, the mermaids would cry and their tears would wash up on the shore.

Full description
A delicate sea glass bar necklace with five nuggets of genuine Scottish beach glass, two frosted Amazonite crystals and sterling silver beads, all presented on a pretty sterling silver belcher chain. The sea glass nuggets come in a beautiful range of greens from dark teal to almost white - these colours are evocatively known as 'sea foam'. The beach glass has been worn smooth and frosted after decades of tumbling in the Scottish sea! There is a gentle curve in the bar to flatter the neckline.
Photographs are a guide. You won't receive the exact earrings pictured but they will be very similar and guaranteed to be a one-off!
The necklace comes with a sterling silver extender chain and can be worn anywhere between 16.5 inches to 18 inches (42-46cm). The bar of sea glass and beads measures approximately 2.4 inches (6cm). The necklace arrives in a gift box and gift-wrapped with a free silver cleaning cloth, making it a perfect gift for anyone who loves the sea and it's natural treasures. (Item: 3030)

Found in the tomb of Tutankhamun, Amazonite is known for soothing anxious thoughts and letting go of self-destructive behaviours. It's also great for soaking up negative vibes from other people, leaving you with a feeling of self-love and positivity! Amazonite is the birthstone for Virgo.
