*UK orders are sent via standard 2nd class post which usually takes up to 4 working days to arrive. Hallmarked pieces are sent via special delivery.
*International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for which usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
As I'm sure you are aware, postal system can get a little crazy sometimes which is why it can take up to 2 weeks for a UK order to be delivered once shipped, and just over a month for international orders. Caring for your ring:
To help keep your ring looking at it's very best, clean it with the included polishing cloth, avoid exposing it to abrasive cleaners, chemicals (e.g. perfume and hairspray), and keep it away from water. Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing you take off at the end of the day/night.
Handmade results in slight differences in every ring created.
Your ring will be delivered in a jewellery gift box, along with a polishing cloth.
We support responsible reforestation projects by funding the planting of a tree per item purchased.
