Coming Home is a large square seascape painting of the sea, Seven Sisters’ chalk cliffs and the lighthouse at Eastbourne in East Sussex. The sea is very blue and you can see the land fading off into a purple haze in the distance towards Seaford. A single seagull is returning home. This painting was inspired by the many times I have walked along these cliffs from Eastbourne over to Birling Gap. The sea is turquoise near the cliffs where it is affected by the colour of the rocks underneath it and is deeper blue as you go further out

Full description
Coming Home is a 30x30x2 inches framed canvas print (31.5x31.5x2 including the frame) of an original painting. It comes in a white wooden floater frame (frame with slight gap between the canvas and the frame so it appears to float). The depth of frame is 2 inches (stands out from the wall by 2 inches) and the width of frame is half an inch. The print is made with fade resistant ink. It does not come with fixings on the back but is ready to hang on nails or hooks. Note that the close ups of the frame are not the same print but are included to show what the frame looks like.
