Full description
A crocheted basket made with Recycled T Shirt yarn in Light Grey which is 90% Cotton and 10% Synthetic. I love the idea of this yarn which is made from the 'waste' from the textile industry!
The basket measures approximately 18cm in diameter by 9cm high and has a small piece of black felt and a handmade Ash wood button (approximately 2.5cm in diameter) stitched to the top for decoration. This button was made from a lopped branch from an Ash tree. It has still got the bark on it , has two drilled holes and is waxed to enhance the grain.
Ideal for storing a wide range of items and suitable for just about any room in the home.
Upon arrival just stretch the basket into shape and use as desired.
The basket can be hand washed if necessary but I would recommend removing the button detail first if doing so (this could easily be re-attached with some yarn or thread).
