Full description
This boxing hare has been needle felted using wooden fibres which have been sculpted into shape using a barbed felting needle to bind the fibres together. A core of white wool has been shaped and had a top coat of light brown coloured wool added to the surface. The eyes are needle felted and horse hair whiskers have been added. The hare has been modelled in a boxing pose. He has a wire core to provide strength and stability and has been mounted on a rustic wooden base by means of a clear perspex rod.
This hare ornament measures approximately 20cm (8") tall
Please note: this hare is intended as a collectable or ornament. It is not suitable as a toy for children due to small parts and possible loose fibres.
