Full description
'Gardener's Friend' is an original linocut print of a friendly robin keeping an eye on his favourite gardener, handprinted in rich black ink. Hand-coloured option also available, tinted with watercolour.
For many people the robin is a sign of remembrance - when robins appear a loved one is near. If you would like me to title this print with your own message or title please leave me a note with your order e.g. 'Hello Dad', 'In Loving Memory', 'Remembrance Robin'. Prints without a note will be titled 'Gardener's Friend'.
Specifications:
Paper size approx 20x25cm/8x10 for easy framing.
Print area approx 15x20cm.
Printed on archival off-white printmaking paper using oil based inks.
Each print is titled and signed by the artist (me!).
Open edition.
This is an original piece of art (not a digital reproduction), handcrafted from beginning to end. I print all my linocuts individually by hand, resulting in a totally unique print each time! There may be slight variations from the photographed example, due to the amount of ink and pressure used.
Price is for one unframed print (frames/props not included!).
