I enjoy creating from wood and hope you will enjoy your choice. I use a parcel service and they usually deliver within 3-4 days, if your purchase is urgent phone me and for a little more I can send next day.
I strive to recycle, the wood has been accumulated and in some cases donated over many years and this helps to keep prices reasonable. I also make my own packages using salvaged cardboard - quite interesting as well!. The packaging tape and minimal bubble wrap sadly cannot be reused.

A lovely drop spindle with a beech and walnut whorl and main shaft 23cm overall and 6 cm dia. its total weight is 32 grams
The whorl slides off for storage or travel. This one has a notch in the whorl.
