Full description

This ball-shaped Trinket Pot has been cast from high-strength plaster and hand-painted in an intricate free-style design of swirls & swoops in pastel shades of vintage yellow, greens and blues with an interior of metallic copper.

I have applied the paint in several layers which creates a wonderful 3D effect on the design, which is extremely tactile and pleasing to touch.

The lid features a graceful domed cabochon of Amazonite. Similar to Jade, Amazonite is associated with money, luck and overall success. It is a soothing stone, alleviating worry and fear.

The inside of the lid is decorated with a complimentary pattern of swooshes.

Dimensions: 10cm high, 10cm wide. It weighs about 650g.

The pot has been finished in 2 coats of high quality satin varnish (for UV and dust protection) which gives a subtle sheen.

A note worth mentioning: All my items are handmade and have small irregularities and imperfections. Plaster can form tiny bubbles as it sets, which is part of its nature. This does not have any impact on product quality.
