A set of three lightly padded birds made from a selection of Liberty fabrics in shades of red, yellow and blue which can be used as a hanging decoration, gift tag or simply to cheer up your favourite notice board or shelf.

Each bird has been created from odds and ends of leftover fabric and measures approximately 14cm from beak to tail. Each one is double sided and made from three different co-ordinating patterns which have been cut out by hand. They contain a layer of polyester wadding to create a padded effect and have a hanging loop made from garden twine.

As the birds are made out of recycled oddments of fabric, patterns may vary slightly depending upon what I have available at any one time.

The birds are packaged in biodegradable cellophane packaging which is recyclable and compostable.

Please note that this is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of babies and small children.

I love finding ways to repurpose little odds and ends of fabric and so trialled these little birds a couple of years ago. They have proved hugely popular, particularly at Christmas, whether dangling from a tree, twirling on a shelf or decorating a special gift. I've always been a huge fan of Liberty loveliness and had great fun using these snippets of fabric - I'm delighted with the way that they have turned out and will be using them as gift tags on a variety of presents this year.
