I'm always so inspired by flowers, whether they are in my garden, other people's gardens, or shop bought. I definitely want to grow tulips in my garden next year!
Each flower head, stem, leaf and vase is cut out individually before arranging together and securing in place onto the backing paper.

Full description
Flouncy double tulips that throw themselves all over the place! They were a great inspiration to create a new paper collage.
Perfect to decorate your wall, or give as a gift for someone special.
Where will you hang it?
This paper collage is a study of tulips in a vase, created at the same time as my other two tulip collages (pink and purple).
I use pre-painted papers for the colours from my stash, carefully choosing textures to describe the tulips rather than an exact match. See the photo of the collage with the actual tulips.
Backed onto Khadi (cotton rag) paper.
This original artwork measures 25 x 31cm.
It comes in a cello wrap for protection, and will be posted securely wrapped with card and recycled packaging for protection. If you can reuse the bag and packaging please do :)
