Formerly 'Buttons, Beads and Blanket Stitch'.
My work predominantly comprises hand cut and burnished lino prints, with sewing playing an occasional part.
Whether working in print or in stitch, I am inspired by the natural world and the people around me, with words/text frequently playing an integral part.

Loving to apply my designs to a variety of products, I am delighted to list here the second of my tea towel designs. Printed digitally, with love and care, here in the UK.

Full description
This ‘Time is Precious’ tea towel features an enlarged reproduction of my original linocut, digitally printed in black ink onto a lovely natural, unbleached 100% cotton fabric.
The design replicates all of the soft lines and ‘imperfections’ of my original print, with the tea towel generously sized, measuring approx. 47cm x 80cm, with a handy little hanging loop stitched into the seam to boot.
Who says that kitchen essentials can’t be works of art too?
Your tea towel will be posted folded, with a paper band surround.
30 degree wash recommended.
