Garlic grating dish grater bowl for bread dipping hand thrown stoneware pottery

Just peel a clove of fresh garlic and grate across the raised edges of the unglazed area in the middle of the dish. The unglazed area creates the sharp grating place to shred your garlic. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and begin dipping your bread. Handthrown on my pottery wheel using strong toasted stoneware clay I have stamped it with some stars, which provide the sharp grating edge, and finished it in a lovely dark sea blue reactive glaze.
