Full description
Pink Sands - this original textile landscape is inspired by my view on the South Cumbria coast, across Morecambe Bay towards Arnside, Silverdale and beyond !
To create this piece I have used wispy threads of fine merino wools, silks, fabulous fabric, and fibres and used the magical wet and Nuno felting method to create a unique abstract coastal landscape.
To finish the piece I have included one of my favourite techniques free motion stitch a form of drawing with a sewing machine.
The item will be signed on the back, please do let me know if you would like me to sign the front mount.
