I was pleased to find a use for glass yoghurt pots by covering them in crochet!

Glass pots can now enjoy a new life as a shallow vase, a storage pot, or to display a small cactus or baby houseplant. I have used a soft macrame string to make the cover and used an open stitch pattern so you could also use them as tiny lanterns by adding a battery tealight to give a soft glowing light on an outside table or hung up in the garden.

It would look lovely on a kitchen windowsill, in a conservatory or summerhouse, displaying a small plant. It could also brighten up a desk whilst being a useful pot for paperclips, stamps or loose change.

This small jar cover has a diameter of approximately 8.cm and is approximately 7cm in height. The cover is supplied complete with the glass jar which will be carefully wrapped in bubblewrap (may be recycled).

Care instructions: I recommend a gentle surface clean with a damp cloth to remove dust. The cover may be washed by hand at 30C; do not leave to soak. Reshape whilst damp and leave to dry; Do not bleach; Do not iron; Do not tumble dry.
