Full description
I have made this gorgeous dress from 2nd hand (very good condition) fabric, turning it in to a one of piece, perfect for holidays and festivals.
I don't like to do sizes, so get your tape measure ready.
Dress length-112cm
Dress circumference-128cm
Pockets 14x16cm
I like to make things adjustable so it can cover a number of figure sizes so I created a channel and made a cord using the same fabric so the width of the front and back of the dress, and the straps can be adjusted to fit you.
Due to the restrictions of the amount of fabric available and depending on your height, I don't think its quite maxi dress length, so please take note of measurements.
I have added 2 pockets in the same fabric with a purple lining, which I believe is a type of calico or twill.
There is a very on trend ruffled hem at the bottom.
The fabric has no labels, but is very floaty and soft, definitely manmade, like a viscose.
I have washed and ironed the fabric on a 30degree 40 minute wash and ironed on a medium heat. If you are not sure ow your washing machine will deal with it you can wash in warm water and mild detergent.
