Needle felted picture 'After the Rain' a woodland Spring scene, created by blending colours of sheep wool. This technique gives a lovely depth and texture.

In the foreground is lilac blues to represent woodland bluebells. The background is a range of tall trees.

This is an original piece.

We do our very best to take photographs in natural light, to assist in seeing the detail and colour of this piece we have taken the second photograph with the use of a flash. Please also be aware that different monitors will show colours differently.

This item is presented in a 6x8" mount ready for a frame of your choice or can be purchased ready framed in an oak coloured frame, as seen in the photographs. We have removed the glass from the frame as this allows the piece to be seen at its best, but are happy to supply the glass for you to choose.

This piece was started in early May and lost its way! After a walk, following a particularly heavy thunderstorm, the beauty of the trees in a woodland walk inspired the vision of the completed piece.
