Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

A new range of luxury bears with hand embroidery to their fur.
The embroidery threads for Mirabelle were chosen to match the merino yarn for her knitted shawl.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Unique hand embroidered alpaca artist bear. A one of a kind collectable, a heirloom teddy bear designed by Bearlescent
Meet Mirabelle, approx 12" tall and handmade from a beautiful dense alpaca fabric in cloud grey.
Mirabelle is the first alpaca bear to have hand embroidery to her body front. Beautiful embroidered flower designs in rich teal greens and blues adorn her front body parts and one side of her face making her a unique designer bear.
She has sculpted grey paw pads which have been coloured to give an aged effect and using a mix of colours to compliment and match her fur and embroidery.
Mirabelle is fully jointed, has brown safety eyes and a black hand embroidered nose.
She wears a hand knitted shawl made from a merino mix yarn in a rich teal colourway fastened with a button.
Mirabelle wears her name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button, she has been added to my bear register and will arrive with birth certificate.
Mirabelle is a luxury heirloom bear, designed as a one off keepsake for the adult collector, she is traditionally styled and would make a beautiful gift for someone very special or a lovely addition for the bear collector.
She has been designed as an adult collectable bear only, she contains cotter pin fitments making her unsuitable for children.
She will be posted 2nd class by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
