Handmade porcelain seal hanging decoration with an impressed blue wave design. Each piece is individually hand painted so the character of each seal is totally unique. This piece is glazed to a glossy shine on its front face with a smooth, matt tactile finish on its reverse where it is signed with the makers mark.

Presented in a Kraft gift box making it the ideal present for a loved one or a treat for yourself.

Process
Each seal is made by impressing my hand carved wave design into the wet porcelain clay which is then cut to the seal shape and smoothed before having its first bisque firing. The bisque porcelain is then sanded smooth, decorated with colour and the face of each seal is hand painted to give it a unique happy character. It is then glazed ready for a second high temperature stoneware firing to 1235c which ensures the seal decoration’s durability and strength.

Packaging
Each seal is packaged in a recyclable Kraft brown gift box.
