Full description
A hare portrait wool picture in a black frame.
This hare portrait is an all wool picture on pure wool fabric. The brown hare is sat amongst grasses. A full moon shines above.
Small amounts of unspun sheep's wool have been gently stabbed with a sharp needle onto the wool fabric to produce this piece of art work. Wool curls represent grasses and white wool fibres for the moon.
I've used a reclaimed reclaimed black frame It is framed without glass. No glass enables the textures of the picture to be seen.
The frame measures 24 x 18 cms
I use mainly recycled packaging.
