I just love our 'national colours' and had this specific colour scheme in mind after so many 'royal' events! I usually make coiled fabric baskets in upcycled/recycled fabrics and I'm happy to make a basket specially for you in your own much loved materials.

This coiled fabric basket is ideal small storage in satin. The red, white and blue colour scheme is so cheering and perfect for displaying colourfully wrapped biscuits or sweets.
Alternatively, it could be used for costume jewellery or hair accessories, small toys in a playroom, sewing kit - all manner of occasions when a gathering-ground is needed!

I am happy to make coiled baskets in your own favourite fabrics - or from outgrown clothing. I call these 'Memories Baskets', allowing you to enjoy your stash instead of just hording lovely things in a cupboard. I have made some beautiful baskets from left-over fabric used for brides and their bridesmaids' dresses, for example. I usually make baskets from recycled/upcycled fabrics though for this one I bought the satin as I had the specific colour-scheme in mind.
You can also come to a fun full-day workshop with me here in a 17century cottage.
Postage is for UK mainland only, but happy to send elsewhere if you ask first for additional costs as quoted p&p is a contribution only towards the actual cost.
To help keep costs to a minimum for buyers, please also note that I try to use recycled packaging whenever possible so please ask if you'd prefer new wrappings.
