Full description
Set of two stoneware egg cups glazed in simply clay.
Each cup is 1.9 inches (4.5 cm) in diameter and 2.1 inches (6 cm) in height approximately.
This pair of chicken shaped egg cups are perfect for breakfast whether you like you egg dippy or hard boiled. They have been hand painted with yellow slip for a more colourful breakfast.
Each cup was created by casting; using liquid clay poured into a mold to give the pattern on the outside. They feature a rounded edge for placing your egg upon, a chicken design with wings and a flat bottom hand stamped with the little wren logo.
These pieces have been created to hold a medium UK hens egg.
These egg cups can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
As much as I love our furry friends this piece was created in a pet free and smoke free studio.
I post out my items Royal Mail second class parcel post which can take 1 - 2 days.
