USA CUSTOMERS - The shipping prices in my shop now include the new UK/USA shipping tariff & postal delivery duties paid.
Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I designed and released the first Hug boxes during Autumn 2022 then at the beginning of 2023 I designed larger wool felt embroidered bears with much stronger seams than those in the hug boxes. At the end of February 2023 I redesigned the hug bears to have the same stronger seams and made the hanging heart larger then the original with both items having more hand embroidery detail than previously. I also added more card designs, each box will vary in style.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Hand sewn and embroidered unique Birthday bear, a bear hug gift that will fit through a letterbox.
I can post direct to a recipient on your behalf and will hand write the card for you, leave details at checkout with recipients name, address and the message to be included if you would like me to post direct.
Colour: Pale teal and deep teal

A unique design 4.5" wool felt teddy bear, highly decorated with lovely floral hand embroidery in colours to match and compliment the wool felt.
A 4" wool felt hand embroidered hanging heart made from a deeper teal felt and filled with scented dried lavender.
Handmade card, stamped and coloured onto quality 300gsm card, left blank for your own use. (I can write a message if posting direct). 'Shitake Happens' by Pink Ink designs, stamped and hand coloured with pencils.
The birthday box comes with a little Happy Birthday verse, unique design, typed, printed then mounted onto ivory card. A little 3cm wooden bear is attached but easily removable to keep
If you would like to send the box as a bear hug instead leave a message at checkout and I will change the card to a bear hug card instead of the birthday card, you can also make a choice from the 2 option verses using the drop down box, as per images.,
Wrapped in white tissue and finished with my wooden handmade tag.
Posted in a plain brown box, intentionally left blank so the recipient will have a lovely surprise on opening it.
