A pair of vintage silverplate sugar tongs hand stamped with vintage letter dies: one side says FOR F-CK'S SAKE (only there is no dash) and the other side says GET A GRIP. Don't look at the rest of the photos if profanity offends you.
Yes, these are rude. But also perfect for slipping into the bowl of sugar lumps when someone you detest comes over for coffee (you could also use them for serving ice cubes or cocktail sausages - I mean the tongs, not the detestee) or perhaps as a parting gift for a work colleague you absolutely can't stand. Or a joke present for your best mate, who knows you don't mean it.
This listing is for ONE pair of vintage sugar tongs. You will receive the tongs shown in the photographs so please do study the photos with care if you're likely to be bothered about imperfections, although I'm guessing that if you're in the market for rude silverplate the condition is less important to you than the wording. There is a curly 'E' monogram on the bridge. Size matters? From hinge to spoon tip is approximately 15cm.
