“This Bearded Collie sculpture was modelled on Keefa, who had unfortunately passed away before the commission. The challenge was in preserving a sense of dynamic play while sculpting his long hair. Consequently it feels like he’s really leaping for a ball in the sculpture, and I hope his sculpture continues to give his owners happy memories of him long into the future.
Keefa was originally cast in foundry bronze, and his memorial now plays beside a beautiful pond.”
