"I sculpted the Otter and Cub sculpture after seeing a film of Otter mums with their cubs, they are so incredibly caring and sweet with each other. Cubs rely on their mothers to take care of them for up to a year after they are born and I wanted the vulnerability and playfulness of the cub to show through whilst the mother is alert and protective."

How its made: Bronze metal powder is mixed with a resin to make the Bronze Resin material, which has the appearance of Foundry Bronze metal. This process creates a material that is more affordable and lightweight.
