Full description
I have recently been given some lovely fabric remnants that are just the right size for making these baskets. This one, where the bright orange lining picks out the colour of the toucan’s beak, is ideal for displaying a favourite house plant. The folded down top edge displays the contrasting lining beautifully. The basket comfortably holds a 14cm saucer and flower pot (the saucer is needed as the basket is not waterproof). If you’re not into house plants the basket would be just as happy in the bathroom, keeping all your lotions and potions safe and tidy, or on a desk, storing crafty bits and pieces.
This large basket measures approximately 16 x 16cm with the top folded down. It is made from cotton fabric with a layer of polyester wadding to give it shape.
Machine washable.
