Full description
FrostedMatte denim Blue coloured Jasper (8mm rounds) with Opalite faceted 6mm beads and gold coloured glass seed bead drop earrings on a gold plated shepherd hook earwire. The Opalite catches the light and appears to glow from within. An easy wear, everyday pair of earrings that will look great worn casual or dressed up at a special occasion. Full drop lenth is 4.5cm approx.

Jasper comes in a large variety of colours and varieties are found all over the world. The name Jasper means spotted or speckled stone and is derived from the Latin iaspidem, or the Old French jaspre. The speckles are caused by the inclusion of mineral, ash, or sediment within the structure of the gemstone.
Opalite is a trade name for man-made opalescent glass and various opal and moonstone simulants. Other names for this glass product include argenon, sea opal, opal moonstone and other similar names. Opalite gives a glow that reflects on the skin when work in normal daylight.
