I am currently exhibiting original artwork at Scampston Hall Walled Garden, Yorkshire until the end of May.
The original painting was actually inspired by a walk round a wildlife conservation area just outside Paris. The meadows were just full of beautiful lush grass and wildflowers. I imagined a mother and calf nestled safely amongst them after that the painting just emerged to the final piece you see here.
