I painted this black guillemot for Chirptember 2022. The beautiful black guillemot (which is still known by its Norse name tystie in the Orkney Islands) used to be hunted for food. Today, this practice has thankfully been outlawed in the UK since 1981. However, the bird is sadly on the Amber List of Endangered Birds, meaning that their conservation status is of moderate concern.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

My digital painting of a black guillemot or tystie (Cepphus grylle) has been professionally printed onto 350GSM recycled card.
The card is perfect for almost every occasion as it is blank inside for you to write your personal message. My logo is printed on the back.
The card measures 148mm x148 mm and comes with a recycled kraft envelope.
Postage is included with this card. Your card(s) will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail. My cards come in a PLA biodegradable and compostable cello bag. PLA is a polymer made from plant starches and sugars.
