I love the spalted beech with its intricate patterns and colouration, which let you imagine different images, sometimes looking like a view of our world from space.

Full description
Woodturned pot pourri bowl made from spalted beech showing off it’s intricate grain pattern, with a pewter lid featuring a hummingbird design. I’ve included a small cloth bag with some dried lavender flowers to start you off. It is finished in oil and wax to give it a pleasing sheen and can be polished from time to time with wood wax or polish. It is approximately 13 cm in diameter and 9cm high.
