A handwoven length of cloth with cochineal dyed wool inlay just asked to be made up into an artefact that showed off the softness of wool, the silky yarn and the scarlet dye. The heart button made the finishing touch.

Full description
Small and simple one-off and original bag. It is 8 inches deep without the fringe, ca 14 inches with the handle and 8.5 inches wide. The sides were worked with crochet cochineal dyed yarn. A ceramic heart button slips into a ribbon loop to lightly close the top opening. Cotton nuno felt lining enhances the tactile feel of this mini bag.
