Full description

A hand stamped vintage silver alloy teaspoon with a dashed line dividing the bowl in half. One half is stamped HALF FULL; turn it the other way round and the other half says HALF EMPTY. Which way up you put it is up to you!

This makes a quirky little gift for a tea/coffee/marmite/chocolate spread/mayo/dulce de leche lover or for anyone with a philosophical turn of mind.

The wording is in black lettering in the bowl and the spoon is approximately 5" (12cm) long. It has a plain 'old english' style handle.

This listing is for ONE spoon. You will receive the spoon shown in the photographs. The lettering is coloured black with a non-toxic, water-based acrylic ink. Hand wash with care to prolong the pigment life.

Please note this is a vintage spoon so it has a few hairline scratches and wear marks in the plating. This spoon has been around a bit (I think it's 1940s) and has character. It's a survivor. If you were looking for a mirror-finished brand new spoon, this isn't one. Just so you know.

I can do other wording to order so if you have a better idea let me know and I'll sort out a custom listing for you.
