Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Currently only shipping to the UK. Each bauble is covered by insurance. If the item arrives damaged, please take photos to prove the item was broken on delivery for the benefit of the post office and return the damaged item to We Loved Making This to ensure a full refund. If the item is not returned, no insurance can be claimed.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

I have created this large beaded glass baubles to hang on a tree, a lampshade or anywhere for that matter, reflecting warm light into your home or the home to which you have gifted one of these treasures.
Each bauble is one of a kind and bespoke colours can be requested.
The bauble measures 8cm wide x 10cm tall excluding the ribbon.
This bauble is fragile and should be handled with care.
Each bauble is packed in its own box.
Please keep these away from small children and cats, as there are small and breakable parts. Thank you
