My world of donkeys! Those familiar with my prints might be aware that I create a lot of prints featuring donkeys. I don't think they are championed nearly as much as they should be in the art world, so I feel it is my job to do so.

This is a hand-printed screen-print entitled 'Magic Donkey No.6'
This is one of a continuing series of prints that I have made focussed on donkeys and their adventures in a strange and abstracted place. This print featured a magic donkey standing on a rock in a strange triangular environment.
The prints started as a way to celebrate donkeys, as I feel they are somewhat undervalued in art and society, and as time has gone on the compositions have become more and more surreal!
I love using halftone dots to make patterns in my prints, to create the illusion of shading and tones.
Very dark grey and light blue System 3 inks on off-white Offset Cyclus recycled 300gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of only 25, signed, stamped, titled and numbered.
The print image measures H20.5xW14.8cm.
The paper measures H29.7xW21cm.
Printed by myself in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
